Welcome to D Solution Cleaning & Janitorial Services. By hiring us for cleaning or janitorial services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided
D Solution Cleaning & Janitorial Services offers a variety of cleaning solutions including but not limited to residential cleaning, commercial cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning,, and janitorial services. Service details and frequency will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

2. Service Appointments
- Appointments must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.  
- A valid point of contact must be provided for access to the premises.  
- Clients must ensure access to water, electricity, and a safe working environment.  
- If we are unable to access your premises at the scheduled time, a cancellation fee may apply.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee (typically 50% of the service cost).
- Same-day cancellations or missed appointments without notice will be billed in full.
- Rescheduling is based on availability and must also adhere to the 24-hour policy.

4. Payments
- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, Zelle, and other electronic transfers.
- Late payments will incur a fee of [Insert Late Fee Amount or Percentage] after 7 days past due.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the area in question at no additional charge.
- Refunds are not issued unless a return service cannot be completed.

6. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must inform us of any areas requiring special attention or that are off-limits.
- Valuables should be secured. D Solution Cleaning is not responsible for the loss or damage of items not properly secured or disclosed prior to cleaning.

 

7. Damage or Breakage
- While we take the utmost care, accidents may happen. We are insured for damage caused by our team during cleaning.
- Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service. We may repair, replace, or reimburse based on the item’s value and age.

8. Health & Safety
- Our team reserves the right to refuse service if a home or workplace is deemed unsafe or unsanitary (e.g., presence of mold, pests, hazardous materials).
- We do not clean bodily fluids, pet waste, or hazardous materials.

9. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service at our discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Unsafe working conditions  
- Harassment or abusive behavior  
- Non-compliance with terms

10. Privacy & Confidentiality
All client information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent unless required by law.

11. Changes to Terms
D Solution Cleaning & Janitorial Services reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
