
Refund Policy

At D Solution Inc. Cleaning and Janitorial Services, we take pride in the quality and reliability of our services. Our goal is to exceed our clients’ expectations with every visit. To maintain the integrity of our operations and ensure mutual respect between our business and clients, we have established the following strict Refund Policy.
1. All Sales Are Final
All payments made to D Solution Inc. for cleaning and janitorial services are non-refundable once the service has been rendered. This includes but is not limited to:
- One-time cleaning services
- Recurring or scheduled cleanings
- Deep cleans or post-construction cleaning
- Specialized add-on services (e.g., carpet cleaning, window washing)
2. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full cost of the service.
- Clients may reschedule appointments once without penalty if proper notice is given (48 hours or more).
3. Dissatisfaction with Service
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with a service:
- You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion by phone or email.
- We do not offer refunds, but in certain cases, we may offer a one-time re-clean of the specific area(s) of concern within 72 hours, subject to management approval and availability.
- Re-clean eligibility is at the sole discretion of D Solution Inc. and will only be considered if the area in question was not cleaned according to our checklist or agreed scope of work.
4. Deposits and Prepaid Services
- All deposits are non-refundable, including deposits for large or specialty cleaning projects, weekend services, or events.
- Prepaid services or packages must be used within the timeframe agreed upon at the time of booking. Expired or unused sessions will not be refunded or credited.
5. Refusal of Service
D Solution Inc. reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time due to:
- Unsafe working conditions
- Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior toward staff
- Repeated last-minute cancellations or rescheduling
- Failure to comply with company policies
In such cases, no refund will be issued for remaining services.
6. Chargebacks and Disputes
In the event of a chargeback or payment dispute, D Solution Inc. will provide documentation of services rendered, signed agreements, and communications. Clients attempting fraudulent chargebacks will be banned from future service, and legal action may be pursued to recover damages and associated fees.
7. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or distribution to clients.
